About Damian

Statutory auditor. Damian graduated from Economics University in Katowice. He linked his professional career with HLB M2 initially as an assistant, then a senior and finally as a manager in charge of assurance engagements. In 2016 he became an equity partner. Damian specializes in auditing of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS, statutory audits of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and consulting regarding accounting policies' compliance with IFRS. Damian has a broad experience in auditing of listed companies (TIM, Elektrotim, FAM, Mo-Bruk, Relpol, Ponar, LiveChat Software), foreign subsidiaries (Roto Frank Polish subsidiaries, Classen-Pol, Classen Floor Systems, RuckZuck, ArcelorMittal Poland subsidiaries, CTL Logistics subsidiaries) and production companies (Ponar-Wadowice, Ponar-Silesia, Zakład Metalurgiczny WSK Rzeszów, FORGEX Polska, Fabryka Maszyn GLINIK)
