About Robert

Robert graduated from the Law Faculty of Mikolaj Kopernik University in Torun. He started his professional career working in the Warsaw office of Deloitte & Touche in the department of Financial Markets and International Taxation. Since 2005 he was employed in the Warsaw office of KPMG Tax, in CIT Department. From January 2008 as an independent tax advisor Currently Robert is an equity partner in HLB M2. Within his professional career, Robert was engaged in tax advisory for the biggest Polish and foreign companies acting in the Polish market. Robert specializes in tax reviews, tax due diligence, transfer pricing services, taxation of financial instruments, tax advisory on real estate transactions, tax planning within Polish and international groups of companies, tax advisory on M&A as well as tax litigation.
